Getting your money back.

In force since 6 August 2026

Fourteen days on a first payment, no questions asked. Everything else below is the detail, and none of it is designed to trap you.

The rule

If it is your first payment on a plan and you ask within 14 days, you get all of it back. No form, no reason, no attempt to talk you out of it. One email.

We would rather refund someone quickly than keep money from a person who does not want the product. It is also cheaper than an argument.

Renewals

Renewals are not automatically refundable, because you have had the plan for a month or a year by then and could have cancelled.

But if a renewal caught you out — you meant to cancel, you did not use it, the charge was a surprise — write to us within thirty days and we will refund it. Once. We would rather do that than have you dispute it with your bank.

Cancelling always stops the next charge and never shortens the period you already paid for.

Credits

Credits you have not spent are refunded with the payment they came in.

Credits you have spent are not, because the generation already cost us. A credit is spent only when a final export succeeds — previews are free, and a failed render returns its credit automatically.

Topped-up credits expire after ninety days. Expiry is not a refundable event; it is written on the pricing page before you buy.

Founding memberships

The founding price is a lifetime rate, not a different product. The same 14 days apply.

If you refund a founding membership the seat goes back into the pool, and the locked price goes with it. Buying again later means buying at whatever the price is then.

When we say no

Rarely, and only for these.

  • An account closed for breaking the terms — fraud, abuse, reselling access.
  • Repeated refunds on the same account. Once is fine, twice is a pattern.
  • A request months after the fact for a period that was used.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days. Nothing on this page reduces it.

Digital services are an exception to that right once you have started using them — but we do not rely on the exception. Our own policy above is at least as generous, and it is the one we apply.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Say what you paid for; you do not have to say why.

We answer within two business days and send the refund to the original payment method. Your bank then takes five to ten days, which is out of our hands.
